There is no phone line and no chat widget. Email is the channel that actually reaches a person.
What to include
A short description of what you need is enough. If it is about an account or a charge, include the email you signed up with. If it is about a specific run, say which tool (humanize, detect, paraphrase, summarize, grammar) and roughly when you ran it. Do not paste confidential source text into the email unless we ask for it.
Privacy requests (export, deletion, “what do you store about me”) are handled from the same address. You can also delete individual runs, or all of them, from your account page without writing to us.

The website at https://humanit.app, the Chrome/Edge extension, and the iOS app share one account. Web and extension privacy is at https://humanit.app/privacy. The iOS app has its own privacy policy and terms, linked from the App Store listing, because on-device history, Apple IAP, and ads are a different data flow.
