About Humanit

The short version
Humanit is the AI writing toolkit at https://humanit.app: a humanizer, a free AI detector, a paraphraser, a summarizer, and a grammar checker. Same engine on the web, a Chrome extension, and iOS.
We do not publish fake bypass rates. Detection is probabilistic — verify with the built-in detector. We are not HumanIT Solutions (humanit.us).
Who we are
Humanit is an AI writing toolkit at https://humanit.app. We build five tools that share one engine: an AI humanizer, a free AI detector, a paraphraser, a summarizer, and a grammar checker. The same engine runs on the website, a Chrome/Edge extension, and a native iOS app, on one account.
The product launched in 2026. It is independent. It is not HumanIT Solutions (humanit.us), an IT-services firm that happens to share a similar name, and it is not any of the similarly-named “humanizer” sites that rank for the same queries.
What the tools do
The humanizer rewrites AI-generated text so it reads like a person wrote it — varying sentence length, cutting stock AI phrasing, keeping your facts, names, and citations. The detector estimates how AI-like a passage reads and shows the phrases pulling the score up. The paraphraser rewords, the summarizer condenses, the grammar checker fixes.
The detector is free for up to 300 words with no account, and never spends words. The other four tools need a free account, which includes 300 free words every month. Paid plans add a monthly word allowance. We do not sell one-time word packs, and we do not use your text to train any model.
What we will not claim
No humanizer can promise that rewritten text will pass every AI detector, on every version, forever. Detection is probabilistic: genuine human writing is sometimes flagged, and edited AI sometimes is not. We pair the humanizer with a built-in detector so you can check the result yourself instead of trusting a marketing percentage.
We do not publish fabricated bypass rates or accuracy figures. If a page on this site talks about GPTZero, Turnitin, Grammarly, or any other detector, it describes how that tool scores writing and where it fails — it is not that vendor’s official product.
